I am a plant broker that sources green goods for landscape contractors, delivering quality plant materials and trees to their job sites. I started operating my business in October of 2020 after the crazy spring of Covid. I have 25+ years of experience and an endless source of contacts in the “green industry.”
After achieving my accounting degree and while working as an accounting manager, I acquired 20 hours of horticulture classes from a local community college in Dallas, Texas. I left the accounting management field and jumped into this industry and loved it. I have spent the majority of my career in the green industry managing wholesale plant nurseries in north Dallas, with a couple of years on the growing side of the industry with a perennial grower. This career path has led me to a vast number of contacts in the industry.
I have been an active member of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association (TNLA) for 20+ years, a Texas Certified Nursery Professional (TCNP) since 2003, and I served as a volunteer on the TNLA Region IV Board. I also volunteer at a local emergency kids’ shelter in Plano called City House as their landscaper and volunteer lead for 13 + years.
Since my job is my hobby, I enjoy utilizing my expertise and vast contacts for my customers: saving them time and money that they spend every day sourcing their plant needs. I am constantly looking for the best quality plant material and most efficient and cost-effective ways to ship their green goods needs.
